Each step needs to be carried out in an ultra-clean environment, and the requirements for precision are nearly demanding. Moreover, as technology advances, chip processes are shrinking, for example, from the micron level to the nanometer level, which creates more possibilities for chip performance improvement.


Semiconductor integrated circuits not only promote the prosperity of the consumer electronics field, but also play an irreplaceable role in many fields such as medical, aerospace and communications. It can be said that it is the cornerstone of the development of modern science and technology, and continues to drive human society toward intelligence and high efficiency continuously.
